The following are links to all of the judgements of the FIA International Court of Appeal in sporting cases since 1994. They are available on this website in English. The original French version can be obtained upon request from the Court's Secretariat (admin.courts@fia.com).

Please note that these judgements are published for information purposes only. The FIA International Court of Appeal may take into account its previous rulings but it is not legally bound to follow them.  Each case is decided strictly upon its own merits.
